Salary / Stipend
- ₹ 7700/- per month for the first year of ITI certificate holders
- ₹ 8050/- per month for the second year of ITI certificate holders
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Minimum age: 14 years
- For hazardous occupations: Minimum age 18 years
- Candidates born on or before 02 May 2011 are eligible
Educational Qualifications
- SSC/Matriculation/Standard X Pass with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- ITI (NCVT/SCVT) Pass in the relevant trade with at least 65% marks in aggregate.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Based on marks obtained in SSC and ITI, with a ratio of 70:30.
- Written Exam: A 1-hour OMR-based exam with 50 multiple-choice questions covering Mathematics (20), General Science (20), and General Knowledge (10). Each question carries 1½ marks. No negative marking.
- Interview: Candidates will be called for an interview in the ratio of 1:2 based on the written exam merit.
